Lunchtime visit for 2 (takeout)...Great experience and good food too! Ordered a 'bucket for one' and a '6-piece bucket' Didn't need to wait behind a long queue of teenagers to use the order-machines, as a very attentive staff-member noticed the queue and invited me directly over to the the register This lady (short dark hair & glasses) was fantastic from start to finish...assisted with my choice of menu items (because I was indecisive), asked my preferences, gave me exactly what I wanted, and served me with speed The food was hot, well packaged, and very tasty...good quality chicken-pieces too

"Spicy, Flavorful, and Totally Worth It!"* I recently tried KFC’s wings and the **Flaming Wrap**, and they absolutely blew me away! The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with that signature KFC flavor. As for the **Flaming Wrap**—WOW! The perfect balance of heat, crunch from the chicken, and creaminess from the sauce. It had just the right kick without being overwhelming. The portion was satisfying, and the freshness was on point. If you love spicy food, this combo is a must-try. KFC nailed it with these! Will definitely order again. "

After a really bad experience of a kfc weeks before I was abit sceptical after looking at the reviews and seeing it only had a rating of 3 stars but it was absolutely beautiful everything was piping hot great pieces of chicken and exactly how it should be every time for the money you have to pay nowadays, honestly one of the best kfc’s we’ve had

Bury St Edmunds KFC staff were brilliant!! I ordered on the app and accidentally sent it to the wrong store, whilst I was unsure what to do to correct this. Staff helped check what our order was and get it started whilst I emailed customer services, could not have asked for kinder, understanding staff members! Food was hot and delicious! The only downside were some teenage boys that left the place in a state and clearly had no care for the staff or restaurant. Thank you again KFC Bury St Edmunds.

The staff here were worked beyond capacity and still did an excellent and amazing job. It was a crazy busy time when I visited, with a pile of orders waiting and still coming in. Despite being so incredibly busy, the staff were efficient and quick to process orders and still took the time to smile and make positive comments to customers. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the long wait time, but that's not the staffs fault - they did all that was physically possible - they really just needed more pairs of hands! Excellent customer service while under pressure, well done! {Shout out to Jack and the lovely lady who was smiling constantly (I'm really sorry, I forgot your name) at the front of house, I was seriously impressed watching you guys take a brief moment to make customers feel welcome and listened to while still in a flurry of activity.}
